Job Description:

Join a busy Medical Surgical unit as a Registered Nurse providing holiday coverage in Battle Creek, MI. This 13-week contract involves working 12-hour day shifts, with opportunities to float between various Med Surg units and support a diverse patient demographic. The role offers a chance to experience a wide range of medical and surgical conditions, including gastrointestinal, urological, gynecological surgeries, and general medical diagnoses. RNs will collaborate with staff of different backgrounds, such as LPNs and technicians, and will rotate weekends. Flexibility during the first two weeks of orientation is essential, and the position requires working with a mix of staff and patient types. This assignment is perfect for an adaptable nurse eager to bring their Med Surg expertise to a fast-paced, supportive environment while enjoying the local city's amenities.
