Job Description:

This post-surgical unit assignment offers an opportunity to work in a 22-bed facility, focusing on patients recovering from various surgical procedures. You will be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, providing essential support during the quiet overnight hours while monitoring patient progress and assisting with recovery protocols. The patient ratio is approximately 1:4 or 1:5, ensuring manageable workloads and a chance to develop valuable post-surgical care skills. This role combines clinical responsibility with a pace that encourages attention to detail and teamwork in a setting where every night brings a new challenge.
