Job Description:

This NICU travel nursing role places you in the vibrant city of Springfield, MO, where you'll care for some of the tiniest patients in a Level 3 NICU. Working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, you'll provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns, performing complex procedures, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will help stabilize infants during their most vulnerable moments, and you'll also support families during challenging times—think of it as a high-stakes, high-reward neonatal adventure. The assignment promises a mix of technical skill application and compassionate touch, all in an environment that welcomes seasoned NICU nurses ready for their next journey.
