Join a dedicated team as a Respiratory Therapist in Odessa, Texas, where you'll be responsible for supporting adult med/surg, critical care, and pediatric patients with respiratory and neuro diagnostics. This assignment offers the opportunity to rotate through NICU experiences—ideal for those with NICU background—and work primarily during 12-hour night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15. You will be actively engaged in patient assessments, administering therapies, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal respiratory and neuro support.
