Job Description:

Join a dedicated outpatient orthopedic therapy team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, as a physical therapist specializing in outpatient rehabilitation. In this role, you'll focus on delivering evidence-based, one-on-one care for patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions such as joint replacements, ACL repairs, and shoulder repairs. The schedule features four 10-hour daytime shifts, allowing you to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships while enjoying your time outside of work. The setting offers the opportunity to apply skills such as dry needling, orthotic fitting, vestibular therapy, and concussion rehab, all within a supportive and collaborative environment that values patient-centered treatment.
