Job Description:

Join a prominent inpatient oncology unit in Charlottesville, VA, as an Oncology Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract. This role involves working the night shift with 12-hour hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing specialized care on a 28-bed hematology/oncology ward and a 15-bed stem cell transplant intermediate care unit. You'll be the key player managing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, ensuring patients receive attentive, quality care during a critical phase of treatment. This assignment offers the chance to work in a facility that values expertise in chemotherapy and immunotherapy, requiring ONS certification.
