Job Description:

This RN contract in MedSurg/Telemetry at a busy Level 1 Trauma Hospital offers a fascinating blend of clinical challenges and collaborative teamwork. You'll be managing patients with diverse diagnoses, including strokes, brain injuries, post-op recoveries, and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Your day will involve performing assessments, managing IV therapies—including insulin and heparin drips—and interpreting cardiac telemetry data. The role emphasizes strong critical thinking, wound care, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary communication.
