Job Description:

Join ThedaCare Fond du Lac as an Emergency Room RN and experience a rewarding 13-week adventure working the night shift. You'll be providing critical care in a fast-paced ER environment with 10 inpatient beds and 8 ED bays. Your role involves managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-6, administering care for hallway patients, and assisting with point-of-care testing when needed. This position is unique because you’ll float across various ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius, including Oshkosh, to support different teams as required. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with every 4th weekend and holiday rotations. It’s an engaging, hands-on role perfect for experienced ER nurses ready to bring their skills to diverse patient situations, all while working in a community-focused hospital setting.
