Job Description:

This radiology technician role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a busy imaging department with two advanced scanners and the potential to float to nearby facilities. You will perform approximately 100 scans daily, including brain, MRCP, abdominal, pelvic, and extremity studies, utilizing GE and Toshiba equipment. The department requires at least two years of experience, proficiency with EMR and PACS systems like Radnet and Merge Unity, and the ability to adhere to department-specific protocols. You will be responsible for operating high-tech imaging equipment, following safety procedures, and collaborating closely with the radiology team. The position involves a 12-hour day shift over 13 weeks, with rotating call and holiday coverage, emphasizing efficient workflow and quality imaging.
