Job Description:

Join a well-established 152-bed level II children's hospital with a level IV NICU, providing the opportunity to work with some of the smallest and most fragile patients in a supportive environment. This NICU role focuses on caring for preterm infants as early as 22 weeks gestation, handling respiratory support for ventilated patients, managing trachs, administering medications, and caring for infants with conditions such as RDS, NAS, HIE, and high-risk deliveries. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, offering the chance to gain extensive hands-on experience in a specialized neonatal setting. The position supports a manageable census of around 50 patients, with potential for occasional floating to the ER as a sitter. The hospital is committed to fostering a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere—ideal for first-time travelers or those with prior experience seeking a stable contract in a vibrant city.
