Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in the Operating Room at a busy hospital in Fort Myers, FL, working 12-hour daytime shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. You will be performing highly specialized surgical procedures across multiple disciplines, including ENT, Vascular, Robotics, GYN, Ortho, Spine, and Neurosurgery for both adult and pediatric patients. The role involves participating in OR cases, responding to call requirements—averaging about 4 calls per month—and possibly floating to other campuses within a 50-mile radius. The environment values teamwork and seamless integration as core staff, with added responsibilities such as providing call coverage and adapting to various surgical specialties and settings.
