Job Description:

Work as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Issaquah, Washington. This role supports care across labor, triage, low-risk antepartum, and post-op areas, with additional responsibilities that may include couplet care and transition nursery coverage depending on assignment. You’ll circulate for OB-GYN procedures, assist with deliveries (including high-risk deliveries as assigned), and help manage labor/preterm labor patients while working with an 8 labor-room and 4 triage-room setup.

Your day shift follows a 3x12-hour schedule (07:00–19:30), with float coverage as needed across postpartum and NICU-based workflows based on your skill set. The work includes specialty tasks such as blood/blood product administration, epidural pumps, PCA/syringe pumps, drains, wound vac usage, and medication infusions including heparin, insulin, and magnesium sulfate. You’ll also support procedures that may include cardioversion/defibrillation and cooling/warming blanket use.

To be eligible for this assignment, you’ll need at least 2 years of experience and Epic experience. Required certifications include BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate, and ACLS is preferred.
