Job Description:

Step into a travel healthcare contract role in Nashville, Tennessee, where your day shift coverage keeps care moving smoothly across facilities within a close radius. You’ll work 8-hour days for 40 hours per week over a 13-week assignment, bringing consistency to the unit while staying flexible when staffing needs change.

This position requires being comfortable with floating. You may be asked to float between units or facilities within a 35-mile radius of your original assignment. Float assignments are determined by staffing needs, patient census, and acuity, and you’ll always be notified before your scheduled shift if a float is required. (That means you’ll plan your route and show up ready.)

Weather:

Expect generally mild to warm days, with a mix of sunshine and occasional passing rain. Humidity can rise, and evenings may feel cooler than daytime.
