Job Description:

Join an interventional radiology procedural team as an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a procedural area, so work may extend beyond your scheduled shift when cases are still in progress. A key part of the role is the weekly “Backup” expectation—agency nurses may be designated to stay past the end of the shift if procedures need completion.

You’ll support neuro-interventional procedures, including neuro-angiograms, working with a mix of outpatient and critical-care–level patients. The RN role includes administering procedural sedation (typically fentanyl and versed) and assisting the team through the flow of interventional radiology cases. Weekend coverage is also part of the schedule, with agency RNs working every 5th or 6th Saturday from 0800–1600 as needed.

On top of standard shifts, call is required: weeknight call runs 1600–0730 during the week, typically assigned every 1–2 weeks, and weekend call runs Friday 1600 through Monday 0730. In this 13-week assignment, you’ll be scheduled for weeknight call twice.

Shift: 10 hour days (4x10), 07:30–18:00
