Job Description:

Step into an ICU Registered Nurse travel contract in Marlborough, Massachusetts, where your weekend rhythm is built in: Friday through Sunday, working 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:00). This assignment is designed for an RN with Medical ICU and Surgical ICU experience, supporting fast-paced, technology-forward care while partnering with the team to keep patient workflows moving smoothly.

You’ll chart in Epic and should be comfortable with 1:2 staffing expectations. Float support includes occasional coverage to the ED for boarders, as needed, so being flexible and ready to pivot within acuity levels is part of the role. During orientation, you’ll need to be aware of two pass/fail exams: a medication exam and a telemetry exam. Each allows one attempt—if your traveler does not pass, the contract is cancelled immediately. Study materials are provided between the compliance process and FDIs to help you prepare.
