Job Description:

Step into a high-impact Cath Lab Tech travel contract in St. Louis, Missouri, supporting cardiac procedures in a short-term acute care teaching setting. This assignment runs 4x10s days (07:00–17:30), with procedural-based scheduling that includes weeknight, weekend, and holiday call requirements. Each 6-week period includes 1–2 weekends and 5–6 weeknights for call, typically in 4–10 hour shifts.

You’ll be expected to scrub cardiac cath lab cases with strong cath lab experience, including STEMI call readiness. Comfort with mechanical support procedures is key—this includes insertion of Impellas and IABP. The work also involves interventional tools and techniques such as CSI, Rota, laser, and shockwave, with proficiency in manifolds and confidence in procedural flow. If you’ve teched in MACLAB, that’s preferred. Think of it as a focused specialty role where your technical skills, preparation, and flexibility drive smooth case support—one procedure at a time.
