Job Description:

Join a travel contract as a NICU Registered Nurse for a Night shift schedule in Columbia, Missouri. This assignment supports a NICU II setting with 3x12-hour nights (19:00–07:30), requiring an active role that includes ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs. You’ll work within a flexible “float within cluster” structure, including coverage that requires you to be ready for rotating needs across assigned areas.

The role includes holiday coverage expectations (50% of holidays) and weekend work as scheduled. You will chart in Cerner and will need to be prepared for call responsibilities. Certifications required include BLS and NRP, and NICU II experience is required. The facility uses a 24/7 model, so rotating shifts and work during inclement weather will be part of the contract rhythm. Please note this assignment does not accept first-time travelers, and local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible.
