Job Description:

Join a Basic MedSurg RN team for a travel nursing contract in Alexandria, Louisiana, working 12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). This role focuses on delivering both routine and more complex care on a MedSurg unit while applying the nursing process from assessment through evaluation. You’ll administer medications and treatments using established protocols, monitor for effectiveness and side-effects, document clinical information accurately, and support patient and family education based on assessed learning needs.

Schedule details are straightforward: no call, with weekend requirements every other weekend. Temp-to-perm may be possible, giving you the chance to build momentum with the unit while contributing independently in a similar clinical setting.
