Job Description:

Join an acute care hospital therapy/rehabilitation team in Rockville, Maryland, supporting a Level II Trauma setting that keeps your skills sharp and your schedule focused. This travel physical therapy role provides a structured day shift where you’ll work 12-hour days (5x8-hour days) using established workflows and charting systems including Cerner and McKesson.

Assignment details include 13 weeks in a PT acute care hospital therapy/rehabilitation environment. The facility enforces a strict no-tobacco policy and tests for nicotine and cotinine—please note that any form of nicotine (including puffs, vapes, cigarettes, gum, patches, etc.) will result in automatic cancellation if the screening is failed.

If you’re a first-time traveler with at least 2 years of experience in acute care and you’re ready to deliver hands-on therapy within a fast-paced hospital setting, this role offers a clear schedule, a defined PT focus, and the chance to grow within a high-acuity trauma facility.
