Job Description:

Work as a Nuclear Medicine Tech with a Radiology/Cardiology focus on contract in Toledo, Ohio. This role supports a day-shift schedule built around an 8-hour block, with weekend PET rotation and an on-call rotation every 4th week. You’ll operate and troubleshoot nuclear medicine imaging equipment, make imaging technique and positioning decisions, and help ensure radiation protection standards are followed.

In this assignment, you’ll administer radiopharmaceuticals under the direction of the supervising Radiologist, document appropriately, and maintain awareness of potential adverse reactions. You’ll also practice sterile technique to prevent cross contamination, properly label images for interpretation, and rotate through department areas covering acute care hospital and outpatient clinical locations. Expect hands-on variety through PET rotation and equipment-based workflow that keeps each day focused and meaningful—like a well-tuned scanner finding the signal.
