Job Description:

This RN contract opportunity places you in the adult intensive care unit of a reputable facility, where you'll handle complex patient scenarios such as septic care, respiratory failure, and hemodynamic monitoring of ventilated patients. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive assessments, managing equipment like Alaris Pumps and Arctic Sun, and collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The shift runs 12 hours overnight, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, giving you the chance to experience the quiet overnight hours while providing critical care. Unique to this assignment is the opportunity to float to other inpatient areas as needed, engaging with a diverse patient population and honing your ICU expertise in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a chance to deepen your skills in septic management, ventilator care, and Epic EMR documentation—all within a supportive team committed to quality care and patient safety.
