Job Description:

Step into a fast-paced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse contract on a 12-hour night schedule, working within an inpatient surgical setting at 78 Medical Center Drive in Fishersville, Virginia. This role is built for an RN with surgical experience who’s comfortable moving with the flow of the unit—floating to other units is expected at times, so flexibility matters. Expect a busy mix of surgical specialties, including general surgery, abdominal surgery, urological surgery, orthopedic surgery, hysterectomy, mastectomy, spine surgery, and bariatric surgery. Pediatric surgical patients aged 12 and above may be included depending on the procedure.

On nights, you’ll work the 19:00–07:00 shift and help keep care moving after hours in a high-volume environment. Scheduling includes every other weekend, and while block scheduling can’t be guaranteed, shifts may be grouped when available.
