Job Description:

Join a travel Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer role supporting Radiology/Cardiology services in Greensboro, NC. This assignment is built around a clear 5x8 schedule (7:30a–4:00p) with occasional 8:30a rotations and no accommodation for 4x10s—expect a consistent rhythm with a day shift focus. You’ll prepare and perform advanced cardiac ultrasound studies, including 3D strain image enhancing work, and may also support specialized exams such as TEE and Stress Echo, as well as other related imaging tasks.

You’ll work with GE and/or Philips equipment and should be ready to deliver strong, repeatable results across a variety of cardiac imaging needs. Weekend coverage is rotating (1 in every 4), and you may be asked to float to other Cone Health facilities if needed. If you’re an ARDMS RDCS or AE-registered echo tech with BLS and the required device experience, this is an assignment that puts your specialty imaging skills front and center—steady hours, focused workflow, and meaningful contribution to cardiology diagnostics.
