Job Description:

This 13-week contract positions you as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse at Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama. You'll work the popular overnight shift, performing high-acuity patient care in a 42-bed Cardio/Neurovascular Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. Expect to handle a patient ratio of 1:6, with a focus on managing dysrhythmias and administering cardiac drips like Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone. The role demands 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), with block scheduling options and every-other-week requirements. While providing direct patient care, you'll coordinate closely with a team managing complex cardiac cases in a hospital environment that values your skills with high-acuity patients.
