Job Description:

This OR RN position is an exciting chance to be part of a fast-paced orthopedic and spine surgical unit in Shreveport, Louisiana. You'll be assisting with a variety of complex procedures, including total joint replacements, spinal surgeries, arthroscopies, and robotic-assisted cases. The role requires confident independent work, scrub experience, and a solid grasp of orthopedic and spine surgeries. You will support a skilled team in a friendly environment, helping ensure smooth turnovers with minimal downtime, and participate in a comprehensive 2-3 day orientation to get you set up for success.
