Job Description:

This ICU travel nursing opportunity places you in a 10-bed unit in Kearney, Nebraska, working 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week contract. You will assist with complex post-operative cardiac patients, including those with conditions like CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CVAs, and more. Your responsibilities include managing patients with IABP, Impella, and CRRT, while floating between ICU, PCU, and Med Surg units as census demands. Expect to be part of a cohesive team that values punctuality and teamwork, with a focus on high-quality care in a supportive environment. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring adult and pediatric patients over 8 years old, with a key emphasis on ensuring patient stability during transitions and post-op recovery.
