Job Description:

Join a Level I Trauma Center as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Lansing, MI. This role involves night shifts of 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), primarily focusing on managing high patient volumes with ratios that can reach 1:5 to 1:8. Your expertise in trauma, dysrhythmia management, and EPIC charting will be key to providing quality emergency care. You’ll work weekends (three per 4-week schedule), with opportunities to float to pediatrics if needed. Local candidates are accepted at the same pay rate, and RTO requests must be submitted at submission, with no additional RTO approved later. This assignment offers a fast-paced environment where quick thinking and experience in Level I trauma settings are essential, making it an engaging challenge for seasoned ER nurses.
