Job Description:

Join a 225-bed specialty care hospital in Marquette as an RN specializing in Neuro, Ortho, and Pediatrics for a 13-week contract. This role involves providing bedside care on the 7th floor, focusing on trauma, neuro, and orthopedic patients, often working during 12-hour night shifts. The position requires coordinating with a team of 1-2 supervisors, managing patient ratios of 1:6, and utilizing electronic health records like Paragon and Cerner. Unique to this assignment is the diverse patient population, including all ages over 28 days, and the opportunity to work in a vibrant community nestled in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
