Job Description:

This RN contract position in dialysis offers an engaging opportunity to work on the fourth floor of the DCH Regional campus or the main floor at DCH Northport campus in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The role involves performing bedside and peritoneal dialysis treatments, managing dialyses for patients with ratios of 1:2 or 1:3, and operating Fresenius or Gambro machines. Flexibility is key, as you'll be floated to other units and hospitals as needed, with a schedule that includes every other weekend, holidays, and 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts. The work environment is fast-paced, ensuring each day brings new challenges and rewarding patient interactions. You'll be equipped with the necessary training if unfamiliar with specific equipment, and experience in dialysis for at least one year is required.
