Job Description:

Join Carlsbad Medical Center as a Travel ICU RN, where your expertise in critical care will be essential in supporting a 12-bed unit through a 13-week assignment. This role involves floating to ER and Med Surg departments, providing ventilator management, titratable drips, and intensive patient care. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., offering opportunities to engage with varied clinical situations. You’ll help with everything from starting IVs to assisting with patient hygiene, all while working within an environment that values flexibility and hands-on critical care skills.
