Job Description:

This inpatient adult psychiatric contract offers a rewarding opportunity in a vibrant setting that values patient-centered care. You will be part of a day/night rotation, working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. The role involves managing higher acuity patients, including those with involuntary status, utilizing restraint chairs when necessary, and completing AVADE, MOAB, and CPI training. Epic experience and familiarity with IEA procedures are preferred. The unit operates with a team approach, supporting your development and ensuring collaborative patient management. Prepare for a schedule of 4 to 6 weeks at a time, with the chance to experience a dedicated mental health environment focused on providing safety and support for patients navigating complex conditions.
