Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Medical Surgical Registered Nurses for a 10-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing critical support in a 34-bed unit. You will manage patient loads with ratios typically at 1:6, but must be adaptable to 1:7 during staffing shortages. The position requires experience with MedSurg, Telemetry, insulin administration, and rapid response protocols. You’ll be floating within scope across similar units and working every other weekend, with on-call responsibilities as needed. The facility prefers candidates with at least 2 years of experience and current SC or Compact licensure. Epic charting experience and additional certifications like ACLS are a plus. This role offers a balanced schedule with a commitment of 48 hours per week, and the facility allows for some flexibility with guaranteed hours.
