Job Description:

This ultrasound technologist role focuses on performing high-quality echocardiograms for adult patients, primarily capturing detailed images of the heart and great vessels. The position involves assisting with stress tests, including exercise and pharmacological procedures, and supporting transesophageal echocardiograms when needed. A keen eye for detail and solid understanding of cardiac anatomy are essential, as you'll identify abnormalities, evaluate blood flow velocities, and document findings accurately. Expect to work closely with cardiologists, providing vital imaging contributions that help inform diagnoses and treatment plans, all while gaining exposure to a variety of cases ranging from normal function to complex congenital anomalies. The role is an excellent opportunity to refine advanced imaging skills within a busy cardiology department that values precision and responsiveness.
