Job Description:

This travel assignment offers the chance to work on a busy trauma unit within a prominent medical center, where you'll be responsible for providing critical care to trauma patients admitted from emergency or surgical services. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, with travelers expected to float across various specialized units as needed. Prepare to navigate a fast-paced environment that demands quick thinking and adaptability. This position is ideal for RNs with at least two years of experience in a large urban hospital setting, comfortable with EPIC charting, drips, and handling both acute and chronic trauma cases. You'll join a collaborative team that includes care techs, transport staff, and Swoop/Paramedics, all dedicated to optimal patient outcomes.
