This NICU Registered Nurse position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity working in a specialized neonatal intensive care unit. The role involves rotating day and night shifts, with an emphasis on adapting to the fluctuating schedules of this high-acuity environment. You'll be responsible for providing critical care to fragile newborns, supporting their families, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team. Expect a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, with some weekends required based on unit needs. This assignment is unique because you'll gain in-depth experience with Level 4 neonatal care, including the use of advanced medical equipment and interventions. The flexible 13- or 26-week options allow you to tailor your journey in neonatal nursing while enjoying a competitive weekly gross pay of $2,243.45.
