Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join a 13-week travel assignment in Potsdam, NY. In this role, you will operate advanced imaging equipment, notably Siemens Espree 1.5T MRI systems, in a busy radiology department. The schedule consists of three 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, providing ample time to explore the scenic surroundings after work. This opportunity is ideal for a tech with at least two years of MRI experience and a focus on adult acute care, vascular imaging, and specialized MRI procedures like MRA, MRV, and MRCP. You’ll work with specialized equipment and perform a variety of complex imaging protocols, contributing to accurate diagnoses. The position requires certifications in BLS and familiarity with contrast media administration, peripheral IV placement, and infection control precautions. Although scrubs are not provided, there is no strict dress code, making this a comfortable yet professional environment.
