Job Description:

Work as a Radiology Tech on a travel contract in Charlotte, North Carolina, supporting a high-volume, teaching-focused imaging department with a Level I Trauma focus. You’ll perform general X-ray studies and handle bedside portables, imaging adults and pediatrics (including neonates) coming from the ED, ICUs, nursing units, and outpatients. This assignment includes shift-by-shift rotations across assigned areas such as ED, Main, and OR-based imaging—so no two days feel the same.

In the OR setting, you’ll support spinal, orthopedic, general surgery, neuro, and peds cases using C-arm equipment (C-arm experience required; O-arm preferred). EPIC experience is required to document and support workflow. You’ll be supported by a lead tech and supervisor coverage 24/7, with other Rad Techs available throughout the day, plus radiologists on site and a transporter for the department.

The role is built for a radiology professional who is comfortable moving between imaging types, prioritizing trauma-ready workflow, and keeping pace in an environment where acuity stays high—while staying team-oriented and helpful to residents, fellows, and fellow technologists.
