Job Description:

This labor and delivery registered nurse position offers a focused role within a high-capacity acute care hospital. You will be responsible for circulating and performing sterile vaginal exams during night shifts, working 12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, for a duration of 13 weeks. The assignment emphasizes hands-on skills in a large hospital setting, with a strong requirement for at least two years of experience, including circulating and sterile procedures. Be prepared to work weekends as needed and handle a variety of labor and delivery cases in a MAGNET-rated facility. This role provides an engaging opportunity to contribute to a busy OB unit where your expertise ensures safe and efficient deliveries. Note that this is a hard-stop to first-time travelers and requires specific certifications, including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced.
