Job Description:

Join an experienced ICU team in Duluth, MN, for an engaging 13-week travel nursing contract. This role requires your expertise in complex medical patient care within a 22-bed Intermediate Medical Care (IMC) unit. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing specialized care to patients dealing with conditions like stroke, sepsis, and alcohol withdrawal, often managing multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously. The setting involves collaborative efforts with a team of professionals, including responsibilities like wound care, IV therapy, neuro assessments, and patient monitoring. You will have opportunities to lead in a fast-paced environment, helping to stabilize and recover patients while adapting to a variety of clinical scenarios.
