Job Description:

This radiology technologist role offers a unique chance to work in a busy imaging department equipped with four scanners and multiple imaging modalities, including XRAY and CT. The assigned shifts alternate between days and evenings, requiring flexibility and adaptability. You'll be responsible for performing diverse imaging studies such as chest, spine, and extremities, across various settings—both in dedicated rooms and portable units. The department operates with a lead tech available around the clock, and radiologists review images during daytime hours. This position involves collaborating with a team that values versatility, professionalism, and a willingness to support department needs, including occasional cover of OR imaging. Previous experience with GE, Philips, and Carestream equipment, along with ARRT certification, a California license, and a fluoroscopy license, are essential. Overall, you’ll engage in a fast-paced environment demanding technical proficiency and a proactive approach to patient imaging processes.
