Job Description:

Step into a travel Radiologic Technologist contract in Williston, North Dakota, supporting a busy imaging department handling a mix of trauma, orthopedic imaging, and OR/C-arm procedures. You’ll work in a facility with one digital x-ray room and one digital fluoroscopy/x-ray room, along with portable digital x-ray in the ER, C-arm support in the OR, and a dedicated c-arm procedure room. Imaging needs also span CT (2 rooms), plus additional modalities including mammo, MRI, Dexa, and ultrasound.

This role is built for an experienced X-ray professional who can confidently complete ortho-focused exams, with experience in ortho views preferred. Expect an average of 40–50 studies per day with multiple x-ray technologists scheduled, helping keep your workload steady and team-based. The department uses Meditech and McKesson PACS with CRTIS, with Siemens digital radiography and fluoroscopy, Siemens portable digital x-ray, and GE C-arm equipment. There is a manager on M–F during shifts, and there is no clinical involvement outside standard department imaging duties.

Shift structure is Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts, typically running 11:00–19:00 with call. Call is rotating (approximately 1 in 2–3), shared among staff technologists, with rotating on-call hours on weekends and major holidays; holiday schedules are closed for major holidays, with call/standby covered on a rotation. Response time is 20 minutes. You may assist with transport in other modalities if needed when workload allows. Gray scrubs are required (not provided). Orientation is 3–5 shifts, 8 hours each, based on experience.
