Job Description:

Join us as a Special Procedures Tech I for a 13-week assignment in Peoria, Illinois, working 10-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll assist physicians with arteriograms and specialized radiologic procedures in a sterile environment. You'll prepare examination areas, position patients, operate advanced radiology equipment, and support physicians by passing materials and taking exposures. This position offers a hands-on experience assisting in a bustling department with 2 procedure rooms and a typical volume of 5-10 procedures daily. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting that requires precise technical skills and teamwork. Note: The unit has 11 staff members, including 4 electrophysiologists, and the schedule includes rotating Saturday call shifts from 8 AM to 1 PM.
