Job Description:

Join a reputable hospital as a PCU Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing a balanced work schedule of 36 hours per week with every other weekend off. You will care for a variety of patients with mixed acuity, including pre- and post-surgical cases, on a 32-bed Stepdown/PCU unit with an average daily census of 25-32 patients. The assignment is complemented by diverse responsibilities such as telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, and respiratory support, all within a teaching hospital setting. Float requirements and the need for experience with similar patient populations make this role both challenging and engaging.
