Job Description:

Join this rewarding medical surgical nursing opportunity at a well-respected short-term acute care facility in Cookeville, Tennessee. As a Medical Surgical RN, you'll care for inpatient oncology patients in a 232-bed hospital, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This contract spans 13 weeks, with the possibility to float within scope and accommodate a flexible schedule, though block scheduling isn't available. Be prepared to work every other weekend and bring at least two years of experience, including first-timers accepted. Certification in BLS is required. Clinicians will be expected to maintain a patient ratio of 1:5-6, ensuring quality care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role offers a steady 36 hours per week, with guaranteed hours and no on-call duties.
