Job Description:

Join a Telemetry-focused travel assignment supporting patients across a mix of common diagnoses, including stroke, CHF, ACS, CAD, arrhythmias, and post heart cath recovery. This is a 12-hour nights role in a 18-bed unit where your day is centered on monitoring, working with set infusions, and independently managing specific heparin titration. You’ll encounter rhythms and conditions that keep you alert while building confidence with telemetry sign-off and strip review responsibilities.

Ideal candidates are RNs with 2+ years of recent experience, with strong preference for post–cath lab recovery experience (femoral/radial) and stroke care exposure. You must have drip experience and will work with the following common infusions: set medications such as Cardizem, Amio, and Dopamine, with heparin requiring titration. Meditech is a plus. RN bedside responsibilities include working within the unit’s telemetry workflow—monitor tech supports central telemetry and RN sign-off on strips—while charge nurse assignments guide unit structure.
