Job Description:

This Operating Room Circulator Nurse role in Las Cruces, NM offers the chance to work in a level III trauma facility that handles a variety of surgical specialties, including general, orthopedic, gynecology, robotics, urology, and hand surgeries. The position features 12-hour day shifts (6:30 am to 7:00 pm) scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with call requirements that include weekday calls from 3 pm to 7 am and weekend coverage on 12-hour shifts. This is a fast-paced role where you will coordinate surgical workflows, manage documentation, handle supplies, and advocate for patient safety during intraoperative procedures. The assignment involves a mix of routine and complex surgeries, requiring adaptability and a strong awareness of operative standards. The unique schedule offers the possibility of working up to 48 hours a week, with a typical 36 hours per week commitment, and a maximum of one week off (RTO).
