Job Description:

Join our team as a RN floating across multiple medical units in a vibrant hospital setting. This 13-week assignment offers a mix of medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro duties, with the opportunity to experience diverse patient environments. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing vital support during overnight hours. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, current BCLS and ACLS certifications, and comfort in performing IV starts and telemetry monitoring. As part of the float pool, you'll adapt to different units and contribute to seamless patient care across specialized areas, all while navigating a flexible yet structured schedule that includes every other weekend shifts and holiday rotations. This is an engaging opportunity for nurses ready to expand their skills and step into a fast-paced, supportive team.
