Job Description:

This travel RN position places you in the inpatient and outpatient PACU, Surgery Center, and Anesthesia Clinic within a hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia. You'll work 12-hour day shifts for an duration of 13 weeks, providing recovery services for a variety of cases including neuro, thoracic, radiology, and outpatient procedures. The role involves flexible patient assignments across multiple recovery areas, collaborating with charge nurses, and managing post-operative recoveries for both general patients and select ICU cases, excluding open-heart surgeries. You'll be involved in a fast-paced environment where staying until cases are complete is expected and required. Scrubs are provided for all areas except the Anesthesia Clinic, which requires staff to provide navy blue scrubs. This assignment offers the chance to gain diverse recovery experience in a supportive setting with rotating weekend and holiday call responsibilities.
