Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment at a busy hospital in Farragut, Tennessee. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing crucial direct patient care in the emergency department. Expect to handle a patient ratio of approximately 4:1, with a focus on total patient care tasks. This role offers a chance to experience a fast-paced ED environment, utilizing CERNER EMR systems. To succeed, you'll need at least one year of ED experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI, and NRP should be obtained within 90 days of start. Travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility and include their permanent home address in their application. No call, no floating, and no 48-hour RTO policies apply for this assignment. The typical weekly schedule involves 36 hours, totaling 468 hours over the entire 13 weeks.
