Job Description:

This 13-week travel nursing assignment in Greenville, NC, offers a unique opportunity to work night shifts (12-hour nights) in a specialized neuro telemetry unit. The role involves managing patients with complex neurological conditions like stroke, post-surgical neuro cases, seizures, multiple sclerosis, and Guillain-Barre. You'll be interpreting EKGs and strips, assisting with lumbar punctures, arterial and central lines, and monitoring patients with various neurologic and cardiac issues. The position requires prior neuro telemetry experience, a compact or NC license, and proficiency with EPIC documentation. Expect a ratio of 1:4 to 1:6 based on patient acuity, and a schedule that includes some holidays and weekends, with no blocked scheduling. You'll be given prior notice for all requests. The weekly commitment is 36 hours, with a rate of $90/hour, and total gross weekly earnings estimated at $2,014.38.
